Just as you would with an in-center program, your SlimLife At Home weight loss journey begins with a telephone consultation with one of our trained, experienced SlimLife consultants. You’ll connect with someone who really understands what you’re going through, and who is carefully trained to guide you through your weight loss program. Some of our consultants were actually former SlimLife members who were inspired by their own success to share what they learned to help others enjoy the same experience.

During this first conversation, you’ll share your goals, what motivated you to begin your weight loss journey, and how much weight you’d like to lose. Results vary, but most SlimLife members lose several pounds the first week or two on the program – and then average about 1–2 lbs. of weight lost per week thereafter. This estimate will help you determine your long-range plan for reaching your target goal weight.

SlimLife At Home isn’t just another diet — it’s a new lifestyle! In addition to helping you plan your menus for the following week, your SlimLife consulting team will help you develop healthier habits in how you eat and exercise. You’ll actually eat MORE often, but you’ll learn to eat LESS while still feeling full.  Our customized SlimLife meals are portion controlled so you always get just the right amount of food. And, your SlimLife counseling team will also teach you how enjoy dining out, without “freaking out” – YES, you can even eat at restaurants!

Every morning you will weigh yourself on the SlimLife “smart” scale.  Your SlimLife App and your wristband will transmit a wealth of information to your counseling team every day.  If something doesn’t look right – one of our counselors will contact you through the App.  Or, if you have a question or a problem you can reach out directly to your team for answers.
